Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name and budget, service preference, and project description. We use this information to assess your inquiry, respond, and prepare a proposal if appropriate. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal documents.

How inquiries are handled

Form submissions are sent to our business email using the hosting provider's mail service. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Inquiry content is not stored in a separate website database. It may remain in our business mailbox and relevant correspondence.

Essential technical information

The form uses a temporary session cookie for security and duplicate submission protection. The server keeps temporary rate-limit records containing a hashed network address and submission timestamps; these are pruned after expiry. Hostinger may also keep technical access and security logs under its own policies.

Analytics and marketing

This launch version does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts, or third-party embedded feeds. We do not add inquiry details to a marketing mailing list through this form. Links to Instagram open a separate service governed by its own policies.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry correspondence only while reasonably needed for responding, discussing a project, and maintaining relevant business records. If a project proceeds, additional retention requirements may apply. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your inquiry details by emailing help@jaksora.com. We will assess the request and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Changes

We will update this notice if we change how this website collects or uses information.
